The hotel is clean and the reception team members are extremely friendly and of excellent quality. The bed in the room is extremely comfy. The room is well-stocked and well laid out. The continental breakfast in the café is delicious and above average.

The pool area here is lovely and the breakfast is above average with a variety of tasty options spread out in different sections.

This place is located in a very convenient area near Rizal Park and the historical center. It's right by Eph and downtown amenities. The breakfast here is amazing! They offer a wide variety of delicious food that will surely satisfy your taste buds. 🍳

I was given superior king room with fast working WiFi and smart TVs. The beds were nice, view of the bay and of the city was relaxing.

The hotel has a wonderful location, just a short walk to Japanese restaurants, shopping malls, and a quality food restaurant. The rooms are nicely appointed, neat, and stocked. The beds are comfy and there is high-speed internet and smart TVs available.

The staff at New Coast Hotel Manila were incredibly accommodating and attentive. They went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and even helped book transportation to our next destination. The luxurious and understated look of the hotel added to the overall classy experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as an old bathroom and slight noise from neighboring rooms, our stay was very enjoyable. The excellent food, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near shops and attractions made it a great choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easily accessible by jeepney, taxi/Grab, and Roxas Blvd. Staff was willing to help and ticked all the boxes for us. Rooms were stocked and huge with relaxing views of the bay. Enjoyed our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is conveniently situated near Malate Catholic Church in the charming Manila Bay neighborhood.

The nearby Robinsons Place Mall was within walking distance, making it convenient for shopping and dining; I was impressed with the quick and efficient customer service; The Manila Bay neighborhood is definitely worth exploring; I had a fantastic stay.

The hotel itself is very clean. The staff is very very nice. Breakfast and dinner in the Club Room were very stylish and good. The atmosphere was perfect.

The situation has nothing to offer. It was just a short stopover for us. It was okay for that. Otherwise never Manila again! Lots of misery, lots of dirt.
